Learning to drive around Halliwell
Halliwell is part of Bolton, so your lessons build up to the roads learners here meet every day: the A666 St Peter's Way, the M61 junctions and busy town-centre roundabouts.
Your first lessons start on quiet residential streets near your pick-up point in Halliwell. As your confidence grows we'll move on to busier junctions, roundabouts and main roads. Before your test we'll practise around Bolton and Atherton test centres.
BL1 also covers Astley Bridge, Heaton, Smithills — we teach there too.
Every lesson is logged in the free DriveSQ Student Portal, so you can see your progress between lessons.
