Learning to drive around Beswick
Beswick is part of Manchester, so your lessons build up to the roads learners here meet every day: city-centre one-way systems, bus lanes, trams on shared streets, the Mancunian Way and busy multi-lane roundabouts — plus quieter residential roads to build confidence first.
Early lessons stay on the quieter side of Beswick. Once moving off, stopping and turning feel natural, we'll add roundabouts, crossings and faster roads. Before your test we'll practise around Cheetham Hill and West Didsbury test centres.
M11 also covers Openshaw, Clayton — we teach there too.
Every lesson is logged in the free DriveSQ Student Portal, so you can see your progress between lessons.
